DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All our orders are personal packed and we take great care to make sure your order is beautifully.
We primarily use Hermes for our deliveries, however will use UK Royal Mail, DPD or UPS to both home and overseas destinations.
Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 24 hours, unless you have ordered a product on pre-release or backorder.
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday, through tracked delivery.
You should expect your order within 1 – 3 days.

We hope that you love your purchase, but in the event that you are not happy with your items Robbins Candle Company will exchange or refund products provided that they are returned in the original condition within 14 days of receipt to:

Please note that goods being sent back to Robbins Candle Company are your responsibility until they reach us. Robbins Candle Company cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded should an item be faulty, with provided receipt.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the date we received your refund request.
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving your purchase. This seven day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within seven working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s ) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Any items received later than this will only be a return at our discretion, and if accepted will be refunded as a credit note only. All ‘Scent’ points associated with your cancelled order will be removed from your accounts.
In accordance to the Distance Selling and Online Trading Regulations Robbins Candle Comapny products which have been made to the customer specifications are exempt from standard cancellation rights.
